Silver Needed

As I went to create this week's Dynamic Duo's challenge, I discovered I was lacking in the silver department and being a holiday week here in the US, I went the card route.  Here is this week's challenge:  (And I just noticed that I used Night of Navy....oops! sorry gals.)

Please be kind...

I've seen these cute banner Christmas trees on Pinterest and thought I'd try my hand.  The only silver I could find was our glimmer paper so I thought I'd make the tree with this, as it reminded me of those fancy trees at the nursery's.  I embossed and inked the woodgrain folder for the tree trunk and cut the Jolly Bits star from Soft Suede.  The heart goes along with the sentiment found on the inside.  It's alright :/  Be sure to head over to and check out the other designers and we'd love for you to play along!
